The Subaru
2009 Outback has eight trims. These trims are the
Sport, Wagon, Limited Sedan, Limited Wagon, H6-3.0
Sedan, H6-3.0 L.L. Bean Edition Wagon, H6-3.0 VDC
Sedan, and the H6-3.0 VDC Wagon. The Subaru
Outback H6-3.0 VDC Wagon has been updated for 2009. The initial
introduction, the Sport is equipped with a 165-horsepower,
2.5-liter, H4 engine that provides 21-mpg in the city
and 27-mpg on the highway. Overdrive is standard
on a 5-speed manual transmission, and overdrive is
optional on a 4-speed automatic transmission.
The H6-3.0 VDC Wagon is equipped with a 212-horsepower,
3.0-liter, H6 engine that provides 19-mpg in the city
and 26-mpg on the highway. Overdrive is standard on
a 4-speed automatic transmission. This Subaru
Outback is available in sports sedan, wagon, or sedan.
It is a 4-door and seats up to 5 passengers.
