The 2006 Miata is a carryover from
2002, not redesigned for 2006. The
Mazda MX-5 is available in two trims.
These trims are the Base and the LS. These trims
are both equipped with a 142-horsepower, 1.8-liter,
I4 engine that provides 23-mpg in the city and
28-mpg on the highway. Overdrive is standard in
a 5-speed manual transmission, and overdrive is
optional in a 4-speed automatic transmission,
and overdrive is optional in a 6-speed manual
transmission. This is a convertible.
It is a 2-door and seats up to 2 passengers.
